These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use yourchironstory.com ("the site") or purchase a report from Your Chiron Story, operated by Elle Maree Chaloner (ABN 30 935 913 602) ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you provide someone else's birth information, you confirm you have their permission, or another lawful basis, to give it to us and to request the report.
We provide personalised astrology reports focused on Chiron and related chart themes, calculated from the birth date, place and (where known) time you provide, and delivered digitally, usually as a PDF by email. Producing a report uses astrological calculation software, our own report structure and instructions, automated workflow tools, and automated text-generation tools, and we may perform quality checks before delivery.
Your report is provided for entertainment, personal interest and self-reflection. Astrology isn't a scientifically validated method of medical or psychological diagnosis, and your report shouldn't be treated as a factual prediction of future events or as a determination of your health, character, compatibility, legal rights, financial prospects, or suitability for any role or service. It's not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make after reading it. Your report is calculated from the birth date, time and place you enter at checkout. If that information is wrong, your report will be too, so please check it. If you tell us your birth time is unknown, we calculate without it and leave house-based content out rather than estimate it.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout — we don't receive your full card number. By entering your payment details, you also agree to Stripe's own Terms of Service, which govern that part of the transaction (stripe.com/legal). Prices are shown in USD before you complete payment, and your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees that are outside our control.
Reports are generated on demand and are typically delivered to your email within minutes of ordering. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen due to order volume, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control. If you haven't received your report within a reasonable time, contact us via our Contact page.
Subject to your non-excludable legal rights, we own or license the site content, report templates, report structure, branding, prompts, methodology and other materials used to provide the service — the personal information you provide remains yours. When you purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for private, non-commercial purposes: you're welcome to save, print, and share it privately, but you must not resell, commercially reproduce, publish it as your own product, or commercially redistribute the report or our underlying templates or methodology without our written permission.

We rely on third-party providers for payment processing, cloud storage, automation, astrological calculations, report generation and formatting, and email delivery. These services may occasionally be unavailable. Our Privacy Policy explains the main categories of providers that process your personal information.
You must not use the site or service for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose; attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems; submit another person's information in a way that violates their privacy or the law; use a report to make high-impact decisions about someone's employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, housing, or legal rights; or misrepresent our reports as professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the service is being misused — if we cancel an order before providing it, we'll refund any amount paid for the unprovided service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that can't lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your reliance on an astrology interpretation, prediction, or self-reflection statement as though it were professional advice or a guaranteed statement of fact. Where the law allows liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee to be limited, any limitation applies only to the extent the law permits.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Using the site from another country doesn't exclude any mandatory local consumer protections available to you there.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your name, email, birth information, order data and other personal information. By providing information to us, you agree it will be handled as described there.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business or the law. The date at the top will always show the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
